Just leave your car door open with that ipod or GPS in sight. I will help myself. Don't blame your kid for leaving it open either.

Um, I just paid for a large Earl Grey, got my tea AND an extra Earl Grey bag. I'm a regular customer, except my usual is a large coffe with 1 sugar, so I'm not sure what the policy is regarding tea, but the employee was nice enough to make sure my tea was strong enough. Whenever there's a charity promotion at Timmy's I always buy for the car behind mine. Scratch my back, I'll scratch yours, this manager is an azzhole.

Sorry Tim Horton's you'll never see my business ever again and if people were smart, they too would never buy at anyof the Tim Horton's until they apologise to the mother of 4.

Couldn't that employee pay the 16 cents? That's a reasonable soultion to a stiff policy. As a server of many years, I often asked my managers to comp items for customers based on numerous situations...

How about making this girl the new manager of the store where she was fired and have the loser manager offered the job of working under her direction? He might learn what it means to have compassion and humility from her example.

Tim Horton's needs some damage control real fast!!

This could have been a great PR for Tim Horton's, instead it has turned ugly. I wonder what the stockholders think of this?
When my kids were little I would shop at Wegman's just so the kids could get their FREE ballon when we were done shopping; that's if their behavior was good. I'm know there were times the customer relations person gave two ballons! Great PR!

wow, i feel bad for that girl, she was just trying to be helpfull and getting fired should of not been the answer. They should gave her a warning instead. It just goes to show you how some people care in this world about other peoples feelings, I know it's true because I am also a regular timmy's customer and when I come threw the drive threw the workers always ask me how i am doing, and my kids etc. And If i was having a bad day, and my kids were givin timbits to calm down, I would appreciate it. YOU ARE A SWEET GIRL, DON'T CHANGE!

Tim Hortons Suffers Huge Losses

It was announced today that the dounut chain lost millions of dollars from employees giving away timbits. "I dont know the exact numbers, but its alot of timbits" said Mr. Timbit, the chains head of security. "This is a wide spread problem that is eating away at profits"

If they are really worried about losing 16 cents, then stop tossing the coffee every 20 minutes. They just might save some pennies there.

Tim Horton's is now in the same category as Walmart when they tried to keep a disabled worker's legal settlement. You people don't make enough money that we need to play this game. Use your coffee as an enema...i won't be drinking it anymore.
