Conservative MPs who supposedly won the elections being contested under the Canada Elections Act filed motions late on Friday before the long May 24th Queen's birthday weekend to dismiss those legal challenges

even before court has a chance to consider them. as

"These motions are nothing more

than an effort to dismiss the democratic rights of individual Canadians,"

said Garry Neil, Executive Director of the Council of Canadians,

which is supporting the 7 legal actions ...

..... Perhaps it is time to prosecute anyone or any institution that uses the telephone to spread WRONG INFORMATION? If the current laws do not permit such prosecution then maybe the relevant laws should be amended?

..AND..Vhat about the Election results by the NDP in Quebec...many did not even campaign....one NDP Women was in Las Vegas...partying....did NOT CAMPAIGN..once....was not home in ,Quebec....eh...
