I can't help but notice lately the revolving door at Global Lethbridge. Every night when you flick on the news it seems there is a different person telling you the days events. There are a few constants like Ian Macdonald, Marty Baceda and the reporter Kim, I think she has married and changed her name, but for the most part its constantly a new face. Alot of the people who worked there in the past got there feet wet at the bottom of the ladder, developed their skills and then moved on to bigger centres, but lately it seems like they throw anyone in front of the camera regardless of whether or not they have talent. I like the new girl Danielle that reads with Ian but the late night and weekend girls look like they just got out of school. I find it kind of annoying when they mispronounce common words and names, especially local names. I realize Lethbridge is a small city, but I feel we deserve some better talent reading the news, not young girls who have no experience and havent put there time in doing other jobs.
