Local Ron Aikens and The Harvest Group/Foundation Capital In CCAA Protection

Yea I'm invested in several of his developments, Airdrie,Legacy,Ace and Foundation Oil .
Hasn't done a damn thing with any of them!

I also know that Ron Aitkens has admitted to taking the money, that was suppose to be used for the project and has spent it overseas in some place in Panama!

I mean this is FRAUD. You pay him to invest in a property in Alberta and he turns around and spends the money in corrupt PANAMA! What is worse is he doesn't even mention that in any previous document, nor does he provide any financial statements, proformas, or any document even proving that the company is even in possession of these Panamanian Assets!

The man is a scam artist and he needs to go to JAIL!

He has also invested your money in a trucking company in Lethbridge, who subsequently tipped over my bobcat and stiffed us the repair bill that he promised us his nice boardroom. Not to mention there is a large house in Paradise canyon that he was building, on your dime I'm sure. Glad to see that everyone else knows that hes a crook too!

Old Fart it's called Frontier Trucking. I don't think he has any partners but he has a kid running it who was claiming it was his.....that was until he tipped over my cat. I'd love to hear that this guy gets shut down. My neighbor invested with Ron as well, I'm sure he would like to see some action taken against him.

I am going to add to the above another item: namely that it is the right of every Canadian to file their own private criminal charges in matters where wrong is proven.

Given that the RCMP IMET in Canada has no possible means of prosecution ( http://youtu.be/aNh5laKO22o ) if it is going to be, it is up to people to do it. The police do not have the money or the (prosecutorial courage behind them) to deal with 1/1000th of the schemes out there.

I understand that it is a long shot, but I believe that if hundreds of such actions were undertaken by victims, the courts would take notice and something would happen.

Interesting that the "kid" that was running the company was doing YOU Aztec Masonry & Landscaping a favour and got taken by you when the "kid" had to clean up at a site you told him to dump at, that was NOT allowed. Be careful who you point fingers at and get your facts straight when it comes to Frontier Trucking.

Hey Ron good to see you joined the post. That kid didn't get taken in anyway he was paid 100% and I do have permission to dump on the site because its the same company that I remove snow for. I actually just talked to that kid (who is basically the same age as me). Him and I are on good terms now. You see an apology goes a long way for me, so that's water under the bridge for me. I would suggest that you start fessing up to your scams and change your life. Sincerely and ethical business man.
