BUYER BEWARE! Hey, I don't know if the product works or not... I haven't tried it yet. I do know that the company supplying this product, viv3 Labs in the UK, will rip you off if you are not very, very careful. If you sign up for the "free trial offer", be sure to notice that the Terms & Condition are agreed to by DEFAULT! Do not send your credit card or other payment info before you READ the terms & conditions! You have 15 days from the day they recieve your order to cancel or they will convert your "free trial" to a subscription and charge you the full price for a month's supply, then they will start shipping another month's supply and charging you every month untill you cancel! Also, be absolutely sure that you are dealing with a Canadian distributer. I followed a link to a supposed Canadian site and the product came from the UK and then because I had no idea I had agreed to anything except paying the S&H on the sample, I was charged the UK subscription rate which converted to $140 CDN!
I am still trying to get the charges reversed, but basica1ly they are saying "You agreed to the terms, so we are keeping your money". All I can hope for is that they don't charge anything further on my VISA. Be careful! |

This is a scam!!! If you don't instruct them to stop billing your credit card within 15 days of your "trial offer" being billed to your credit card, they automatically bill you for a 30 day supply and continue to do so until you instruct them to stop. If you want to stop these fraudsters from billing you, email: support@viv3.com. Also notify your credit card company that these transactions are unauthorized and keep the email you send as proof so your credit card company can initiate a dispute if you continue to be billed without your consent.

Buyers beware, do not send forfree trial from viv3labs for acai berry, the free trial only lasts 15 days if you dont cancel within the 15 days theil bill youover $120 pre month, i was billed 4times in a month, i dont think i`ll get my money back

DO NOT order any of these free trial, they are all a SCAM,. They say that you only pay the shipping charges but this is not the case, but then they start billing you monthly a ridiculous amount of money but do not send any further products. I can't even find an e-mail address to contact them to cancel this apparent subscription

Stay as far away from these scammers as you can get!! There is nothing free about their product. I ordered their so-called free trial and got billed $128.99 for it. This is not going away without a fight.
