107-year-old man in Spokane honored for WWI service

Today, at a small family ceremony in Spokane, Washington, the Honourable Greg Thompson, Minister of Veterans Affairs, presented a Minister of Veterans Affairs Commendation to Mr. John Babcock. via KREM-TV Spokane
