Governments need to create more jobs

It depends on how many keep buying the firm's products because it's the buyers who pay the wages/salaries, and if people don't buy then more people will lose their jobs. That works in reverse too - more buying results in more people needed to replenish the inventory, replacing those bought items. That's Economics 101!
