Maybe some ranting about the LVEC or the perennial poor state of our streets? Oh well, at least the weather is getting better! ;)

I find it very odd that Kingston powers that be can come up with the massive amout of money to build the LVEC when the hospitals need the money more. Or perhaps the people who are on welfare and who really need it, are expected to actually LIVE on $502 a month!!! No wonder the crime rate is so high!!! Perhaps Kingston should consider helping the homeless or spend some money in getting doctors and nurses to stay here. It seems that it is impossible to get a family doctor. Someone has their priorities in the wrong place.
