5. What individuals and/or organizations were copied with the
correspondence sent by the OEB to HONI since September 19,
6. Did the OEB set any deadlines for HONI to respond?
7. Did Hydro One Networks Inc. meet the deadlines?
8. What correspondence has the OEB received from HONI and when
was it dated?
9. Did the OEB send copies of HONI􀀁s replied correspondence and
documentation to other agencies or individuals in regard to the
violations reported?
10.Who and when did the OEB verify the violations?
11.Were reports received by the OEB with regard to the OEB􀀁s
independent verification of violations?
12.Who received those reports at the OEB and who has received
copies of those reports?
13.Does the OEB do any monitoring of their rulings?
14.How is that monitoring done?
15.Does the OEB depend on third parties to report violations of rulings

allegations that Hydro One Networks Inc. is violating an OEB order in EB-2007-0050
and is investigating the matter.
