Thanks for the advice "Shannon", or should I say Al, since (as mentioned by someone else) nobody in their right mind would defend that scum. Here's some advice for you Al, you lying piece of shit scumbag, you should stop wasting your time trying to save what's left of your reputation, it's far too late for that now. By the way, I didn't make a death threat, you filthy scum, I said you DESERVED to be shot and pissed on (which is true), I didn't say that I was going to do it. Also, I'm actually not SOLELY responsible for being ripped off, a certain scumbag by the name of Al Budai deserves a large amount of credit for his role. You can save your breath trying to tell us all that someone who has been convicted of numerous fraud and fraud related charges and who knowingly lies to people about investments is completely innocent of any wrongdoing.
Clearly, "Victim" your "loss" is going to remain with you for the rest of your life, nothing is going to erase your anger...However, I'm not Al Budai, and I'm not defending anyone's wrong doing.

I responded to your post because you have a sick mind, wanting to see another shot and pissed on because you were lied to and lost money in some investment scheme.

This is all about GREED...wanting more than you need and the circumstances this will lead you into...

I, as many investors in this situation, have lost a considerable amount of money - money I could have used elsewhere. I intend to move forward and continue to invest again but base my decisions more on knowlege rather than purely trust, emotion or greed. There is something to be learned about our own character in this situation - something we can grow with.

I would like to add that I find it funny how Grant Robertson and Doran Quinn were not investigated in the matter. They were HANDS ON in this operation just as much as Al Budai was. I spoke to Doran on this investment on a number of occasions and Grant twice. Grant holds a accounting licence as well and now has his own website similar to the same one canstock had. I guess just like David Napper they are hiding under the radar as well. Sad.

The bucks gotta stop somewhere, and it looks like the BCSC was looking for a fall guy. Who better than the most successful of the so called "expert" stock pickers? But, if the guy was blameless, he wouldn't have admitted to a single thing. I wouldn't doubt there are plenty others who are equally culpable in this scam. Now that the jig is up, maybe others won't be so eager to try and use their positions of trust to try and con others, but I rather doubt it.

I wonder where Al Budai is now? I believe what Donna from Kamloops said about David Napper. He should be investigated fully. He was also involved in another scam that he slid under the radar with. Karma is a bitch!

White collar criminals get a slap on the wrist, then run home to mommy. This is a prime example that proves the more money you have, the more money you want.

Even if everyone involved in financial scams were investigated and exposed, people will still get fleeced because society has created the illusion that one needs to have money to be successful in life, and money corrupts.

To quote Abraham Lincoln " No man has a good enough memory to become a successful liar".

I imagine Al and Cindy are still together, living the high life, joined by their common desire to con others, and I'm sure David and all the rest of those involved in this scam, know exactly where they are and what scheme they are plotting next.

I got involved with Al Budai many years ago and also lost a great deal of money because of his recommendations. He belongs in jail for a long time. He was a definite con artist.

Two more things; it was Dave Nappier that came after Al ( greed came between them I'm sure) Second; he has NO money of his own. He never did! He was and still is living on YOUR and our money! Greg

He has an arrest warrant issued against him in Texas, so apparently he is still in hiding.
