Nestle appealing mandatory limits on Hillsburgh water-taking permit

NestlA© Waters Canada is appealing some of the conditions set in its most recent 10-year water-taking permit for its well in Hillsburgh and a hearing with the Environmental Appeals Tribunal is set for Thursday.
