Billi-Jo Todd of Stoney Creek is the home town finalist in this contest. She is a very compassionate and giving women, who is a great neighbour and friend. She is that fun and friendly face you see waving you in to park at the Winona Peach Festival raising funds for the high school; that voice that shows up at the School Board looking for better facilities for Stoney Creek's school children; that person you can count on to help you with a worthy cause.
