For Halton Hills, the estimated average change by property type (with phase-in percentage) is:
• Farm, 77.4%(19.3%)
• residential, 17.9%(4.4%)
• single-detached home, 18.3%(4.5%)
• semi-detached home, 21.4%(5.3%)
• condominium, 12.8%(3.2%)
Residential values in Halton Hills are the lowest of three Halton municipalities with Milton at 20.1%, Oakville 21.1% and Burlington 20%.
