Mississauga man charged with uttering threats

A Mississauga man is charged with uttering threats in connection with an incident at Nashville North Friday morning.

Halton Police responded to the bar about 1 a.m. because security staff had asked an intoxicated man to leave but he refused and became belligerent. Police said the man uttered death threats towards bar staff.

Charged is Doud Omar, 22. He was held for a bail hearing.
