Georgetown man charged in break and enter spree

A Georgetown man is facing charges in a recent break and enter spree into homes in Georgetown, Milton, Wellington County, Caledon and Brampton.

The incidents occurred between March 2 and 14th.

Last Thursday search warrants were executed at two Georgetown homes where police found property related to the offences and a small quantity of cocaine. A search of a vehicle led to the seizure of more stolen property and break and enter tools.

Charged with two counts of break and enter, two counts of theft under $5,000, possession of break and enter tools, possession of stolen property, public mischief, and two counts of breach of probation is David Corley, 34.

Corley appeared in Milton Bail Court Friday and was remanded into custody
