Driver, 24, charged
A Newmarket woman is facing charges after Halton Police approached the driver of a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of Winston Churchill Blvd. about 3:10 a.m. Sunday.
Charged with care and control of a vehicle while her ability was impaired by alcohol and care and control of a vehicle while having over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood is Jennifer Willim, 24.
A suitcase containing travel documents and identification was stolen sometime late Saturday or early Sunday from a vehicle parked at a Gower Cr. home.
