Hundreds of Halton residents sat down to a late supper tonight after being delayed for nearly three hours on the train ride home from work.
The delay occurred after a pedestrian was hit and killed just before 5 p.m. by a train on GO Transit's Milton line. The 4:30 p.m. train leaving Union Station en route to Milton was stopped near the Kipling station while police investigated. It wasn't allowed to move forward until close to 7:30 p.m. http://www.mississauga.com/news/article/15585... |
