would have exposed the re construction so that snow plows could fit thru the DownTown BIA between those past stupid wood flower boxes that were too wide for the plows

before the reconstruction

but no after the re construction aka destruction, the same snow plows still won't fit between what's newly there now even though the same Councillors & mayor were elected ???

Go Figure that one out because you're going to pay for it anyways ...
