Simple math: 1% GST reduction -$12 billion less revenue for Feds; 1% more GST reduction -$10 -$12 billion less revenue in addition to already reduced revenue? This is government doing. Now look at consumers what we do:(1) Each morning to get a $1.50 coffee we burn $1 of gas by just waiting in the drive through line and then cry for gas price increase!! Just 15 years ago my cell + Internet + cable + home phone bill combined to these robbers (rogers) was just under $80 dollars and now with all sorts of restrictions on these device use, it costs me more than $400 each month. Who is wise? At least not the voters (consumers). You need five grade math skills only to figure this out.
