Over the weekend trying to shop into a small town became a night mare. 1. Walmart falsely advertised they had turkeys for sale at 87 cents a pound turned out they were sold out before the store opened and the sale went on starting Friday morning. Zellers is still opened 80 percent off a deal you say? I say no they have up their price tags to 500 percent of the normal price and then the consumer thinks they actually are getting a deal when they are not. It is a buyers market these days and retailers wonder why we go across borders to shop. It is because of these rip off scams that deter us from staying within Canada to buy merchandise that is why!
