Maybe Ontario (and this article's authors) should be asking WHY Ontario has become a have not province and demand better from its PROVINCIAL government. Waiting for programs to be redesigned will take time and does nothing to help Ontario in the short term. Perhaps if so much money was not WASTED on eHealth, ORNGE, Closing half built power stations etc. the Federal government might actually open the purse strings to help Ontario. But given the utter waste of tax resources by the McGuinty government - sending more money to be wasted by the Liberals is not in the cards.
