Counterfeit clothing found at Toronto, Oshawa clothing stores

Four people face trafficking and fraud charges after police uncovered $750,000 in counterfeit merchandise from stores in Toronto and Oshawa.
Durham polices organized crime unit began investigating allegations in February that Baba Fashions in Oshawa was selling counterfeit designer clothing.
They expanded their search to North York store ATQ Clothing Brand House on Dufferin St. north of Lawrence Ave.
After speaking with sales representatives from brand-name manufacturers, Durham police executed search warrants at both stores, as well as a residence on Rosefield Rd. in Pickering. Police uncovered around $750,000 in clothes, shoes, accessories and sunglasses, as well as evidence counterfeit clothing manufacturing.
Four people from the same Pickering house face four charges: Gulnaz Naz, 52; Tahir Qureshi, 60; Amair Ali, 25 and Asim Ali, 26.
