Let's be clear here. These salaries, some of which are gross, do not represent the majority of public sector workers. They reflect the largely overrated elite in the upper echelons of the public sector... the vast majority of public sector employees, the hundreds of thousands you don't see on this list, are making average wages with average benefits. In fact, many of those public sector employees, who are at the front line providing services

can't understand why tax payers who do not work in the public sector aren't outraged over this? Do you realize that these people also get generous benefits and huge pensions? Wake up people
