This just makes me sick. Selfish, inconsiderate bastard should be shot with a turd of his own shit. To the young man who's bike and memories were taken, please do not let this incident deter you from your journey.

Sad...I lived and worked in Ottawa/Gatineau for 7 years. I had my bike stolen my first day at a secure area, by one of the cleaners. He was seen by co-workers wheeling my locked bike away, but the police said although they knew where he lived, they had no grounds to search his home, as eyewitness's were not considered "probable grounds" unless they could prove he took it to his house...2 block away. He got to keep his job (union) and I had to deal with seeing him every day for 7 years. I was informed that if I confronted or harrased him, It would considered a possible career ender..nice system eh? If you own a bike in the Ottawa area, make sure it is a crappy one, locks mean nothing. I hope the Museum has a heart, and buy him a new one.

Perhaps the museum should be re-named the Canadian Museum of Un-Civilization.
