2001 thru 2006 would have been ideal time for Major (Dismissed) Mohiuddin Ahmed to be deported to Bangladesh. This was the period inder Khaleda regime when even Supreme Court Judges felt embarrassed to hear appeals on the Bangabandhu murder case!!
