Fall River man appeals sex convictions involving 13-year-old girl
A Fall River man who engaged in sexual acts with a 13-year-old girl in a minivan is appealing his convictions.

I think the guys should NOT be charged. The girls knew what they were doing and weren't forced into anything. At the time the males were 18 and the girl said she was 15.
If it were rape, I'd say lock him up for a very, very, long time...but.. It Wasen't.
