Airlines have no interest in customer service. They have come up with these "customer first" pronouncements, but they seem to do everything that they can to make the flying experience as frustrating and inconvient as possible.

The airlines attitude is "What can we get away with."

Until they deal with the real problems, these things will resonate with the public.
