No it is a plot to get rid of Canadians. Now the idiots have passed a law, that you cannot sell homemade goods or beef straight from hoof (rancher), that is just stupid, those types of sales have never hurt anyone. This country had gone nuts, and we are letting the immigrants have too much say.

Interesting idea, we can teach them but will they regulate their food industry or will they just pretend to listen to our government. The Chinese are very good at pretending to be listening, I know from experience with Chinese businesses.

The Chinese are just trying to keep their Canadian market they aren't really going to institue all the food safety regulations that the Canadian government want.
