Sad that even new faces with bright ideas generally get slapped out of their heads upon becoming a part of a political party. From day one it appears as though they are sucked into owing favors thus what they stand for gets put on a back burner as they are then strong armed by their party to wheel and deal votes away in betrayal to deals between political parties instead of the best interest of citizens.
