But since they aren't really doing well in quality (Bracebridge, Ottawa, Oakville, etc)

are the executives really earning their salary or do they just feel entitled?

Maybe there is no PASSION in their blood to look at the future and

see that Mattamy Homeowners get what they paid for -

not leaky basements in Milton ...
