I think a veri close look should be taken to Phil Williams, and those Donaldson--Paisley the mayor and the husband on council.
Mr. Williams is a polished crook( wifey had the unexplained death then he married the secretary in his buddy the superior court judge in Toronto--all hush hush)--veri bad man --shame on him for tarnishing the Coon name.Williams is associated with mob--laugh if you will-but all true.
Klinck and Williams are a truly good team and the Mayor is their puppet.
