moving to fred

Hello, we are soon moving to Fredericton and are looking at different areas. Does anyone know of Mcminniman St. on the north E side? What would it be like to live near there? I see it is near the Barkers Point by-pass so would it be noisy with traffic? Any info would be helpful. Thank you.

My cousin lives on McMinniman, and while it is a quiet area, it floods in the Spring. Their basement flooded, so, that may be something to take into consideration.

When I was living in Freddy Beach & before I moved to Ontario, I was living on the Northside as well but I was living on the NorthWest side on Sunset Drive. It was an amazing place to live and fairly quiet. Mainly a family-oriented area, the area is beautiful and right on the bus route! I wish that I was moving back there again sooner rather than later but it will happen soon enough! I do hope that you are enjoying this gem of a city and all that is offered!

SAVE YOUR SOUL!!! do not move to fred, it is a horrible place! businesses are con artists, police and council are currupt, schools are disfunctional... save yourself!!!
