they don't accept native languages
and they post building permits in French only
and refuse the English permits

what's up with that?

If the Russell business owners want to put up their signs in English only, LET IT BE!!!

If that bothers those who want French signs in Russell, stay in Embrun or move to Quebec. Or maybe, you won't like that either since their signs aren't bilingual either.

I am a French & English Canadian and I speak both languages very fluently.
