TransCanada CEO says shippers still want Keystone XL
Ongoing uncertainty around the contentious Keystone XL oil pipeline hasn't scared away companies that would use it to ship crude between Alberta and the U.S. Gulf Coast, TransCanada's CEO told investors Thursday.
