How will this be any help to someone like me, who has one garbage full of soiled diapers, and others full of garbage, and the fact we have tenants who also use a bin for garbage. Garbage accumulates, I agree other items should be seperate, but by reducing pickup there will be more cans, not less on the sidewalk for pickup!
