This is utterly ridiculous. HE is already one of the most expensive prisioners in the hisotry of the country and has cost the country millions.

FOr all intensive purposes he has been drawing on his penison in advance for over 30 years!!!!

THe rule should be that his old age pensoin "pays the room and board at his prison, pays for his food and clothing and for the guards, who are there not only to keep him from escaping, but to protect him from the other prisoners .... he should never see a penny of his pension because he spent it when he killed those kids.
