Oh Come On! The Government, believe it or not, is going broke paying for all the stuff that's being done! These 'summer students' have it pretty soft working in Parks. I know for a fact there's hardly any work gets done the last two weeks of the season because these people know they won't be back next year. Surely this was spelled out to them when they signed on for the job,- and accepted the condition?
The Union bosses are simply recruiting future members.
