Steve Cole is an ass...His brother Winston is worse. Going to court on Aug 15/11 to see this matter proceed will be the highlight of the day. Steve must enjoy the public humiliation like a child who would rather receive negative attention than none at all. More likely he feels no remorse for his victims...and that could be the reason I feel flogging, stoning, or hanging would be more appropriate for this primitive 'what cha mi call it' who has no concept of the public money he has wasted or how hard it is to earn an honest dollar. Hard labour would be good for him too especially if it were a community based venue and we could all watch. Three meals a day while the rest of us pay for his acts hardly seems fair. Can't wait until the sentencing...Anyone want to bet on how many more victims will appear before then!? Keep Smiling in the knowledge that we the people are nothing like Steve - this shithouse rat himself.

I drove my friend there everyday for a couple of weeks - to a facility way out of the way. I picked him up each day stinking like the discusting smell of White Star Plastics. He was trying to earn enough money for a damage deposit, and I was using the money I earned by driving him there to support my daughter. When someone does work that they would rather not do to survive, and Steve and Winston want to look at each other and laugh that another one isn't getting paid!? Hardly seems like the rich victims you describe. One of the reasons I haven't forgotten this treatment is: it is generally unethical to kick someone when they are down and perhaps the weaker person was targeted by these crooks because they know they would not be able to scrounge up many resources in trying to recover what rightly belongs to them. When I witnesses this behavior I was mortified...I did not leave the property until the police arrived and told me to do so. It's not like they are saying they don't owe you any money the police officer said.

Even if Steve Cole is a gambling or crack addict he doesn't deserve to take from others to support his own family. We all have reasons for working and none of them involve supporting this low life...I have been in debt and broker than broke and have never taken anything from anyone in a deceitfully manner. For this reason he deserves to go back to jail! He obviously didn't get it the first time.

Are you for REAL? I'm astonished that anyone would post in a public forum that theft, forgery and deceit are acceptable when "you really need the money". What you don't realize is that not all of these people are "rich" or "stuck up" as you may assume. Some of us live paycheque to paycheque and spend within our means. That may mean doing without sometimes, but it doesn't mean we can break the law and justify it. I can honestly say, without hesitation, that when I didn't have enough money to pay rent or buy groceries, I DID NOT lie, cheat, steal, or commit forgery. And because I lived within my means, I don't have those issues anymore. Grow up, Goatman.

There was a lawyer there on Steve's behalf to enter a not guilt plea and set down a trial date of July 5/12 by Supreme court judge alone. Steve and Elizabeth did not appear at all...
