Supreme Court will hear four Ontario cases related to jury-screening
The country's top court has agreed to hear appeals from two murder convicts who claim their trials were tainted by jury-vetting. It's a case that will be watched closely in jurisdictions across the country after the trial in Ontario and a similar one in Nova Scotia reached opposite conclusions.
