Regional transit agency set to buy 160 new buses
Ontario regional transit agency Metrolinx has lined up an arrangement to buy as many as 160 buses worth $70 million on behalf of a dozen municipalities.

... Under the deal, described as the largest collective bus purchase in Ontario history, the bulk of the orders go to New Flyer Industries Inc. of Winnipeg.
A small number of shorter buses will be supplied by City View Bus Sales, a Toronto company representing U.S. manufacturer ElDorado National.
The 12 municipalities involved in the purchase are Barrie, Burlington, Cobourg, Durham Region, Elliot Lake, Hamilton, London, Milton, North Bay, Sarnia, St. Catharines and York Region...
