Vodafone 'main reason' for telco complaint increase
Vodafone customer complaints to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman in the last quarter have risen by 96 per cent when compared with the previous quarter, the telco ombudsman revealed today.

The proof is in the customer responses that the services are not up to market level but are still being sold to the general public which is fraud which is a criminal offence in these circumstances seeing the supplier knew their services to be shoddy.

Biggest mistake was to merge with 3. 3 was pathetic when it came to service and took that to vodafone in the merger.
