Char - clearly you missed the point. I wasn`t aware there was section in the Criminal Code dealing with ``Guilt by association``.
you mean you didn't know that someone holding a pack of drugs for his buddy, is just as guilty as his buddy who takes the money after selling it? LOL

As I indicated on another site discussing these youth in Camrose, take a look within yourselves - all of you.

It takes a community to raise a child. Camrose, take a look at your community. How could you have prevented this situation? Do you have a plan for tomorrow for other youth to give them morals? Camrose I charge you too. Each adult to serve 100 hours in helping youth and teaching them values and I do not mean just your own children. Get out in the community and help other children. Become a big brother or big sister. Promote organizations such as Guides and Scouts. Find your community bullies and teach them love and kindness.

As for these youth who were there but not involved in the killing of the cat, I can understand that. The mind sometimes does not think or think well in situations of extreme distress.

Ryan, in regards to Khoo. His remark was senseless but if he comes from Korea then 1) English is not his first language, and does not have the same cultural values regarding cats. 2) Cats are food to this person. Don't condemn this person for his culture and his food.

Ryan, have you ever eaten lobster? Do you know they are placed into boiling water while they are still alive?

Now think again people. Think really hard. We are all products of our society and culture. Do you condone violence? Yes, even the violence of the hockey players fighting on the ice? Then you are just as guilty of perpetrating violence in our society. If you have made a remark here of a violent nature, then you too are guilty.

Every child is the responsibility of all that happens around them - the community, the school and the family. TEACH these children right from wrong. Give them love and kindness and perhaps you may prevent what could be tomorrow's heart-ache or horrendouns act.

These kids are damaged beyond hope. They should be put away forever, because their crimes will escalate in brutality (though it is hard to imagine anything more brutal). These nasty little psychopaths are human garbage, and their parents must take part of the blame.

The very fact that something so cruel and disgusting could be done and you still have people saying, in effect, "so what" let's me know that there is really truly no real society and no real hope for mankind's future development either spiritually or intellectually. I've been fearing that this might become all too apparent to me and now I know that in fact it is true.

Good people tend to yourselves as best possible ... humanity, the collective notion of polity and morality, is over.
