OK, I just want to know, why are you so disgusted with Shurko and the UCC -- are you a big fan of investing in something only to have your hard-earned dollars shipped off to Panama?
If anyone sounds like a bratty kid, it's your sorry ass. Who cares where her dad works? I didn't invest my money with her or her dad, nor did either of them rip me off. Go tell on me. Go write a post about how I'm picking on you.
See you after school. Douche.

Yes I have been to some of the UCC meetings actually, two and I was DISGUSTED at the twisted information, misleading and leading comments made by Nicole, whose dad, incidentally works very closely with Frank Lonardelli who I believe is behind this whole UCC nonsense. Oh and Nicole, how do you feel about how things were in Edmonton and Red Deer after the two meetings...feeling a little hot are you??? Boy, you were sure put in your place. Another thing Nicole, you, who invested only $10,000, are putting in a lot of time with this, don't tell me you won't benefit in the end...is Frank going to cut you and that weak, pathetic trouble maker, Kyle in on his huge take on the back end if he has his way???
You people are acting like bratty little kids and should be ashamed of yourselves....it's all starting to crumble now for Nichole, Kyle and their group...hopefully they haven't cost us investors too much with their BS lies and manipulations.
Can't wait to watch it all go down...LOL

Wow when OverheardBird talks like that, makes me wonder. If this is supposed to be facts lets just tell what was said and not throw in your opinion and name calling in. You discredit yourself right away.

I agree. Hopefully with the help of the Monitor, the UCC and the courts we'll retieve some of the misappropriated money and be able to proceed with development.

I can't wait to see Ron's explanation of the obvously missing $6.2 mil. from Railside. Hope the monitor has put a deadline on producing proof of that since it's been 3 weeks since filing.

Looking forward to a meeting on Railside but I'm thinking it may never happen.

Hats off to the UCC for the filing today, and once that is awarded we can get to the bottom of some of this crap.

Why would she? From what I heard the only one who should be embarressed is Ron Aitkens for the shameful things he has done!

Why what happened, what questions were asked that she got caught up on? Or what. Curious.

Could someone please give a useful summary of what went on during the info seminar in Edmonton or Red Deer? So far all I have read is bunch of bull ****!

Did Ron and his crew have any concrete plan(s) going forward?

I am shocked at how Naive people can be. Defending Ron Aikens for his obvious lack of planning. He is a great money raiser and a poor plan executor. There is shady stuff all over the place. Money co-migled, Noel Winters who claims he was brought in to help at the end of 2011 is a director on FM3. I even heard that FM3 bought one of Noels projects. Money in Foundation place moved to FM3, Legacy moved to Liberty Crossing. Do us investors own everything? Maybe beyond the bond was the only way to handle all these projects?

I am tired of listening to what people are saying. If you look at the simple facts from the Monitor, Ron's Affadavit and land titles, what do we have? It is simple if you look at the evidence and not at the heresay, just like the do in court, and probably will in court.

Question UCC, what have your costs been since you started. Legal fee's admin, cost of renting the rooms for events, etc etc.

Could you please give us the correct dollar amount. Also to comfirm all of these fee's are coming out of "OUR" investment via the DIP financing. I have posed this question to them with no response. As I see from past comments the UCC reads these and also posts.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Clean out all the old cronies who have been getting paid for no work - put in an objective unconnected third party CRO to keep this mess honest. And, everyone, get and stay involved when the board is elected from bond holders at the end of CCAA. Make sure slimy salesman and Ron's other koolaide slurping posse aren't on it. Shame on Noel for not revealing his long standing connection to Ron and Harvest.

Are we ALL DONE with the name calling and can get down to a normal convo??? PLEASE!!! we all know everyone is pissed off at the money going places it shouldn't of. We Get it. This "mess" as sleepless in Sylvan puts it, WILL be monitored by E and Y no matter WHO is in the CRO position. We have to find out which plan makes more sense. I would love to ask the CRO waiting in the wings if he has a better strategy going forward better than Davids and Noel's. OR does he agree with the the "Next Steps" in order to get this moving.

David and Noel's plan can move forward under a new CRO. I don't want Harvest or Ron to continue to be paid when they can't even keep a proper set of audit ready books, let alone the other poor management and mismangement that has come to light.(Yes, the misappropriated funds on more than one project and now the engineering shortcomings discovered too late at Railside.) Bungled management costs millions. Is there a problem with seeking other ideas and third party scrutiny before we all vote to accept a plan of action? I think another set of eyes on this is vital before moving forward.

How much money do you think the UCC is spending on their lawyers, marketing materials, events etc etc over the past 2 mths they have been around. How much is it costing the investors to add them onto the payroll every month. I am still waiting for an answer from them.

How much did Harvest spend on sales pitch sessions billed as "information sessions" where no information was given to investors in the last 5 years? How much on consultant and management fees on projects that sat dormant? Engineering and then re-engineering projects with no definable timeline ever put in place? I can answer that, they spent millions. Let's spend some money now to make sure we don't end up paying out again to the same bunch who, by the way, are the only ones getting rich. Personally I'd like to just recover what I can from this steaming pile of projects and invest my money in something without such a shady pack of characters. Maybe I can still get some BRE-X shares.

At tonight's Calgary meeting put on by Foundation it was reported by Foundation folks to be about $150K. Amount spent by the Foundation team and their lawyers and the monitor and their lawyers wasn't disclosed. If you follow the monitors reports on their website all the numbers should come out eventually.

Where you at the meetings this week? Did the Next Steps include Ron Giving back all the money he whimsically removed from the projects that he moved from who knows where, so we can get the money back to develop the land. If you weren't at the meetings where did you learn about Next Steps. I would love to see the next steps presented by Ron. Did anyone record the presentaion of this moving forward concept.
