Can anyone offer up a good defence as to why the death penalty should not be reinstated? This filthy animal murdered three generations of one family. Not to mention sexually tortured two little girls for a week before killing them.Unbelievably there are people that think this monster can be reabilatated.Just for the amusement of doctors and scientists they keep these slime alive,at the cost of 90,000 dollars each,so that they may "study" them to find out where mommy and daddy went wrong.
