Facing 'massive' sexual harassment and gender-bias lawsuit, RCMP offers training
Having trained harassment investigators on-site may have prevented the "massive" sexual harassment and gender-bias class-action lawsuit coming down the pike, says one of the Nanaimo RCMP sergeants now assigned to the duty.

Yes, the RCMP has committed one hundred members and trained them to investigate complaints of harassment. They were also told 99% of complaints lodged are simply work place conflicts. Well that certainly taints an investigators mind which is to be open and unbiased.
