Brampton set to be home to large glass recycling plant

“Our material is marketed as aggregate material and used for roadbeds and things like that. That's a low value application and so, to pay to transport it to market, there is actually a negative market value.”

Discarded glass usually shipped out of province will soon be processed at a recycling plant in Brampton, saving Peel Region and other Greater Toronto Area municipalities millions of dollars. via The Brampton Guardian
