Free Cell Phone Recycling at Canadian Tire stores and Zehrs Markets

Hi Everyone

I was recently laid off from MaSeR Canada Recycling and unfortunately did not qualify for EI because prior to that job I was self employed for several years.

Anyways I'm here to try to promote a project I'm working on to help improve our local air quality while diverting unused cell phones from the landfill.

If you have an old cell phone kicking around and would like to ensure that it gets properly recycled, please drop it off at one of the Barrie Canadian Tire or Zehrs stores (bins are located near customer service). I have arranged with the City of Barrie to plant a tree seedling for each cell phone collected and would appreciate any and all contributions to this effort.
