I dont understand this law. Will my kid go to jail if he's sleeping in the back of my car when i pass through town. Can they be out with adult supervision, like anyone over 18 if thats the case its retarded. I think i would snap lose it if some pig through my kid in jail for doing nothing wrong.

This was a bad idea, but hey i haven't seen any enforcement. It is True, this is just one big Stereotypical statement from the government. Parents should have control of their children and know where they are at all times. So Obviously this means we have a lot of Bad parenting. Maybe you should have to apply and take a test to have a child? Kind of like... Drivers Licenses? Make sure the parents can actually take care of the kids before its too late. There will be a lot of tweaking but maybe thats the way to go. "When you can't do it, Break the rules"

Adam wrote: Whoa, social control sure is great hey? Just because dark associations can be made with Nazi Germany and the Polish curfews what’s the harm in stomping on minority rights? I have a great idea; perhaps we should make every person under the age of 18 wear a capital T (for teen) on their sleeves just so we know who and where they are and innocuously surveil them. As long as we’re on the subject, property crime is obviously directly related to teens being out passed their communal bedtime. Once someone hits that glorious 18 all their tendencies toward delinquency disappear and they finally become reasonable. Honestly though, when thinking of this issue think of some other things too. What if the aforementioned crimes could be associated with a particular race or religion? Would it then be appropriate to put a curfew upon them? Of course not, we're a society that mostly accepts others, faults included. Mostly however, people should remember how awkward and tough a time being a teenager was for the majority of us. Is it really worth throwing out the whole bushel just to get a few bad apples? I certainly don’t think so. You know, that's what I was thinking Adam, screw curfews they don't solve anything. Maybe I will go and wear a great big T for teenager on my shirt. and a C for Caucasian, and possibly I for imperfect, just so everybody knows that's I could possibly be a slight danger to society.
