How come he and his wife didn't board their daughter in a mentally retarded home. They are equiped to care for mentally retarded people. Murder was not the answer to a challenging question like they were in one time. No, Mr. Latimer, has it soft from the penal system, he is lucky that he is not in a prison. Half-way houses are good for people like Mr. Latimer, he wants to be free like he was before he murdered a retarded child. No, he is still a danger to society, if he was injun he would be in a real stonewall Jacksonville prison.
