Well, if some airport does it to me, I'm going to call to everyone in a cheery voice, inviting them to get their cell phones out and record it.

I'll whip that puppy out, show it to security, and then tell all the women there that it's no big deal to have a mastectomy and that it's good to be alive.

I'll make sure their insensitivity is noticed but I won't be a victim in the process.
